TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter
The promoter is: Gingham Doll, 146 Brick Lane, Rinse Boutiques, E1 6QL, London. (“Promoter”).
2. The prize draw
The title of the prize draw is ‘Mother’s Day Lucky Dip Draw’ (hereafter the “Prize Draw”).
3. Entry conditions
3.1. The prize draw runs from 02/03/2021 at 23:59 GMT (“Opening Date”) to 14/03/2021 at 23:59 GMT (“Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).
3.2. To enter the prize draw, subscribe on www.ginghamdoll.com and reply to the subscription confirmation email including your first and last name.
3.3. All replies that are received after 23:59 GMT on 14 March 2021 will not be entered into the draw.
3.4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for the website.
3.5. You can increase your chances and your number of entries to the draw by using our Gift Card Promo: during the Prize Draw Period, every £1 spent on the Gift Card will translate to the number of times your name is added to the draw.
You can purchase as many gift cards as you like. Every Gift Card purchase will still be valid towards any future payments in store or online after the Prize Draw Period has ended.
3.6. The Promoter will not accept:
a) responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b) proof of posting of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
3.7. By participating to the Prize Draw, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The Prize Draw is open to persons of 16 years or over who have subscribed on www.ginghamdoll.com.
4.2. Employees of Gingham Doll are excluded from the Prize Draw.
4.3. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you win. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof that you are eligible to claim the prize.
4.4. The Promoter will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
a) automatically generated by computer; or
b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
5. The prize
5.1. The draw will take place on 15 March 2021 at 16:00 GMT through a live broadcast on Instagram.
5.2. The first prize is a £250 purchase voucher and is only available to a subscribed member. This can be spent on any Gingham Doll outfit or fashion design training with the Gingham Doll designer or any custom fashion demand in agreement with Gingham Doll.
5.3. Two other prizes of smaller value will be drawn subsequently, that are to be announced at the live draw. These prizes are selected and provided by the Promoter.
5.4. A prize that is exchanged for an order of a Gingham Doll outfit can take between 1 to 3 weeks to be ready as every piece is carefully designed and finished to the highest quality.
5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. A prize can be transferred to another person if that person is 16 years or older and has subscribed on www.ginghamdoll.com.
6. Winners
6.1. 3 winners will be selected randomly out of the total entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The Promoter reserves the right to select 2 additional winners randomly, and as such make 2 additional prizes available in the draw.
6.2. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3. The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as possible, on or around the week starting 15 March 2021, using the email address or eventually phone number provided with the Prize Draw entry.
6.4. The Promoter is held to publish or make available information of a valid award taking place. Therefore the Promoter will comply with this obligation to send the surname and county or state of the prize winner to anyone who requests this via info@ginghamdoll.com.
7. Prize claim
7.1. The Promoter must take any reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance with 6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries received before the Closing Date.
7.2. All prizes must be claimed no later than 90 days from the date of the draw or shall otherwise be forfeited.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant for its inability to contact you or award any prize due to any errors or omissions in the details you provide or your failure to update these details if they change, or any matter beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
8.2. To the extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, or its employees.
9. Data protection
9.1. The Promoter will process your personal data securely for the Prize Draw, including delivery of the Prize, and will not use your details for other purposes than you have agreed to.
10. General
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from the Prize Draw if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been breached in any way.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
